Thanks to you, the Expanding Horizons Gala smashed right through its goal and raised over $280,000 for EVkids!
The Gala was once again hosted by Latoyia Edwards, an Emmy award-winning anchor for NBC Boston, a Dorchester native, and a proud graduate of EVkids. We also honored this year’s Youth Champion, Tanisha Sullivan, Esq., President of the Boston Branch of the NAACP, and this year’s Alumni Achievement Award winner, Anthony Olivier, Student Counselor, John D. O'Bryant School of Mathematics and Science, and EVkids Graduate ‘11.
